No refunds unless product is defective.

No cancellations within 48 hours before scheduled appointment. Please be courteous and respectful.  

 

If you are in another state and I come to do your hair, there are no refunds for deposits, and no cancellations.  Thank you.  (Notice if you can't make your appointment there will be a charge for that appointment time slot.) My time is just as important as yours.
